Covid-19 Update: January 2021
Important Customer Notice:
Following the announcement of new lockdown restrictions (effective from Wednesday 6th January 2021), we would like to clarify how these restrictions will change the way we are operating.
Car Sales: Our vehicle sales department will remain open using our click and collect and our FREE UK click and deliver services. We will continue to operate remotely and will be available to deal with customer enquiries via telephone, email, WhatsApp or online live chat. We will be on hand to assist with personalised video walkarounds of the vehicles if needed and facilitate a seamless and safe purchasing experience. All our cars are easy to purchase and reserve online from your mobile phone, laptop or iPad meaning you don't need to leave your home during the entire process.
Servicing and MOT Centre: Our servicing and MOT department will remain open with a few slight changes. From Monday 11th January and until further notice, our opening hours will be as followed:
Monday : 8-00 - 17-00
Tuesday : 8-00 - 17-00
Wednesday : 8-00 - 17-00
Thursday : 8-00 - 17-00
Friday : 8-00 - 17-00
Saturday : Closed
Sunday : Closed
All Customer vehicles are sanitised and contactless payment methods are available. For over 90 years, the team at Smallbone and Son have been putting our customers first, and as always we will endeavour to provide the best level of customer service we can whilst following the government guidelines.
