So to avoid disappointment and a wasted journey, we do urge customers to reserve their choice of vehicle prior to making their trip.

Visit our website and choose from our selection of up to 50 quality used cars. With a minimum of 70 photographs, detailed descriptions plus a video we have a range to suit every taste and budget, it's easy to find a car you'll love.

RESERVE

We will take a fully refundable £100 deposit on a debit or credit card from yourself and then hold your chosen car off sale until such time that you can get to see and test drive it. If you have a change of heart before visiting Smallbone & Son Cars then just let us know and we will refund your deposit and put the vehicle back up for sale. The other option available is to reserve your car via our website using our on-line user friendly payment service Click Engage.

VIEW

We arrange a date and time and then you get to see, touch, view and drive your new vehicle. If you're happy with the car then the deal can be completed. We adopt a no pressure policy at Smallbone & Son Cars , so if the car is not suitable for you no problem we'll happily refund your deposit and thank you for your visit. If you prefer to purchase your new car totally contactless we are able to arrange a personal video walkaround which will include a full interior and exterior viewing along with a full documentation presentation.

COLLECTION

At Smallbone & Son Cars you can choose to drive away on the same day or arrange to come back and collect at your convenience, we also offer FREE NATIONWIDE DELIVERY.

FINANCE / PART EXCHANGE

If you've got a car to part exchange one of our team will be happy to discuss the options available to you or you can obtain a part exchange valuation through our website tool Click Engage.
