It's Coming Home!!!

With the Euros kicking off we are proudly supporting the England National team along with Birmingham's own Jack Grealish. We at Smallbone & Son have made front page news in the Daily Mirror with our link to Aston Villa and England Superstar Jack Grealish’s road to success. The full story can be found HERE! 

In 2002, our very own Martin Smallbone sponsored the Solihull-based Highgate United U7's. After this sponsorship the six year old Jack Grealish, who was one of the star players for this local club, was scouted by an Aston Villa scout a few weeks later. A quote given by Martin detailed the events, ' Jack’s friend’s parents asked me at the end of a match if I could sponsor the team. I could see their passion so I bought the shirts for £200 half-way through the year.' and followed by jokingly saying 'We didn’t sell any cars as a result of sponsoring Jack’s team – but we did do some servicing'. 

From a local youth team to progressing through the ranks of Villa's Academy to become first team captain, worth over £100million.
