Vauxhall Adam Review

The Vauxhall Adam is a great city car, but it hasn’t been around as long as some of its competitors. We take a closer look at the car, the benefits and why you should consider it as your next used car. Read on…

Named after the founder of Vauxhall’s sister brand, the Adam has quite a straightforward namesake and by giving it an everyday name, it quickly becomes part of the family.

It’s easy to buy as there is one main option to go for, the 1.2 litre, 69BHP manual car. It makes getting around town easy and manoeuvring like second nature. We can most liken it to the Fiat 500 but the Adam definitely has a cool kind of edge.

Aesthetically, there are a few different options to choose from which you can explore when you’re looking for a used Vauxhall Adam in Birmingham. With a few different trims which determine the wheel size and a number of other interior choices, you’re sure to find an Adam that suits your style.

Some models will come with an upgraded infotainment system which boasts a touchscreen display and easy to access buttons. But even the entry level model will be simple enough to use and have all the functions you need to get going on the road.

Before the Adam, the closest thing Vauxhall had made to a city car was the Agila, so this is a massive leap for the brand and although we are fond of an Agila, we would definitely go for the Adam instead.

The quality of the vehicle is pleasing, with high-quality materials used on the interior and a design that manages to feel luxurious in a car that rivals the Fiat 500 and DS3.

If you’re looking for a city run-around car or something to get you to and from work each day, the Vauxhall is a great option. Discover the range of used Vauxhall Adam cars in Birmingham at Smallbone and Son, the oldest car dealership in Birmingham!
